Know what your JyotiOne license allows.

1.License overview

JyotiOne is licensed as proprietary commercial source-code software. The license gives you defined usage rights. It does not transfer ownership of JyotiOne.

A JyotiOne commercial purchase includes source code according to the agreed license and package. The package you agree with sales states what is delivered.

2.What you receive

A commercial purchase includes the JyotiOne source for the Client App, Astrologer App, Admin Panel, and backend, together with the documentation and assets identified in your order.

You configure that source for your own domain, Firebase project, and app signing. Seller demo builds are for evaluation and are not your production apps.

3.Production domain

A license covers 1 production domain. The licensed installation is bound to that production domain.

License validation is performed with license.jyotione.com. Using the software on additional production domains requires separate authorization.

4.Ownership

You receive a right to use, configure, and modify the software for the licensed deployment. JyotiOne retains ownership of the product. Your modifications do not remove that ownership or the license restrictions.

5.Modification and branding

You may change branding, workflows, and code for the licensed deployment, including connecting your own content. Third-party notices and licenses that ship with dependencies still apply.

6.Redistribution and resale

You may not publish, sublicense, gift, redistribute, or resell the original or modified JyotiOne source as a standalone product unless JyotiOne authorizes that in writing.

A deployed marketplace for your own customers is not the same as reselling the source code. Your customers must not receive the JyotiOne source as a product they can reuse or resell.

7.Third-party accounts

Buyer-operated installations may use: Hosting and your production domain; Firebase; Laravel Reverb or Pusher, where realtime is enabled; ZEGO for audio consultations; Razorpay for payments; OpenAI and/or Anthropic for configurable AI features; An OTP provider; SMTP or another email service; Google Maps or Places, if location features are configured; Google Play, App Store accounts, and app signing where you publish mobile apps. Third-party account fees are not included unless explicitly agreed.

Those accounts must be yours. JyotiOne does not operate your Firebase, payment, audio, email, maps, or store accounts.

Astrologers request a withdrawal, and an administrator processes the payout. The current version does not automatically transfer money into a bank account.

8.License validity, support, and updates

The license to use the software on the licensed domain is separate from support and from updates.

Included support is 1 month. When that support period ends, the license does not automatically end, and support does not automatically continue.

Update access is based on the entitlement included with your license/order. Update access is separate from license validity and from the included support period.

9.Refunds

Purchases are non-refundable after source-code delivery.

Ask sales any licensing questions before source code is delivered.

10.Intellectual property

Product names, original code, designs, and documentation are protected. No license is implied beyond what is stated here and in your order.

11.Ending the license

The license can end after a material breach that is not cured where a cure is available. When it ends, stop using the source and remove copies you are no longer licensed to keep.

Unauthorized resale, public sharing, or use beyond the licensed domain can end the license.
