1.Two different scopes

This policy is about the public promotional website at jyotione.com, operated under the name JyotiOne. That website presents the product, answers sales questions, and links to demos.

JyotiOne is also commercial source-code software. A buyer who purchases it operates the Client App, Astrologer App, Admin Panel, and backend on their own infrastructure. This policy does not govern information processed inside a customer’s installation.

2.The promotional website

jyotione.com is a sales website. It does not run the astrology marketplace, create shopper accounts, or store consultation records.

The site does not include analytics or an account system. The contact form sends your name, email, phone number and message to a server-side email endpoint for delivery to our sales mailbox. A WhatsApp link is shown only when a public WhatsApp number is configured. That chat is handled by WhatsApp, not stored by this website.

Contact-form details are not automatically included in WhatsApp links. The email provider processes submitted inquiries as email correspondence; the website does not keep an inquiry database.

3.Information this website may handle

If you email sales@jyotione.com or support@jyotione.com, or submit the contact form, JyotiOne uses the details you provide to reply about the product, licensing, demos, or this website.

A static-site host may keep ordinary request logs, such as IP address and browser details. Those logs belong to the hosting arrangement. This website does not keep a separate application database of visitors.

To limit automated submissions, the email endpoint temporarily stores keyed hashes of IP addresses, attempt counts and expiry times in private storage. These counters expire after up to one hour and are removed during subsequent submissions. They do not contain inquiry messages or raw IP addresses.

4.What this website does not process

jyotione.com does not process marketplace consultation messages, astrology profiles, wallet activity, payouts, Firebase tokens, or end-user accounts from a buyer’s apps.

If those activities occur, they occur inside a customer-operated JyotiOne installation, or inside a separately hosted demo, under that operator’s own practices.

5.Buyer-operated software

Customers who deploy JyotiOne are responsible for their own privacy notices, user consents, and legal duties. Their apps, admin panel, Firebase project, payment accounts, and hosting are theirs.

People who use a customer’s astrology marketplace should read that customer’s privacy notice. This page does not describe that customer’s data practices.

6.Cookies

This promotional site does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not run an account session. Your browser and the site host may still process routine technical request data.

7.Retention and security

Email you send is kept as ordinary business correspondence for as long as needed to respond, keep a sales record, or meet a legal duty. There is no website user database to export.

Protect your own email account. No internet transmission is completely secure.

8.Your requests

You may ask what correspondence we hold from you and request a correction or deletion where the law allows. We may need enough detail to find the email thread.

9.Children

This promotional website is written for businesses evaluating JyotiOne. It is not directed at children, and it does not knowingly collect children’s information.

10.Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. An effective date is shown on this page when one has been set.
