Terms for using JyotiOne.

1.Acceptance of Terms

By using the JyotiOne website, requesting a demo, or purchasing JyotiOne, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase the software.

2.The product

JyotiOne is commercial source-code software for launching an astrology marketplace. A purchase includes the Client App, Astrologer App, Admin Panel, and backend source according to the package you agree with sales.

A JyotiOne commercial purchase includes source code according to the agreed license and package. You receive a license to use that source. You do not receive ownership of JyotiOne itself.

A license covers 1 production domain. Domain binding applies, and license checks use license.jyotione.com. Redistribution and resale of the source code are not included unless JyotiOne separately authorizes them in writing.

3.Website and demos

The website describes the product. Demo apps, when a download is published, are JyotiOne seller builds connected to JyotiOne demo infrastructure so you can evaluate the product before purchase.

The admin demo opens at https://demo.jyotione.com/admin-login. Demo access details may be provided separately. Demo content can change or reset. Do not submit confidential or production data to a demo.

A commercial buyer later configures and builds the apps for their own domain, Firebase project, and signing. The demo is not that production setup.

4.No website accounts

This promotional website does not create customer accounts. Any demo login is separate from the website and may be limited.

5.How to purchase

There is no automated checkout on this website. Purchases are arranged with sales through the contact page, email, or WhatsApp when that link is available.

Starting from ₹23,456. Final pricing may vary based on requirements and the agreed package. This is not a fixed checkout price, and buyers do not all pay the same amount. Purchases are non-refundable after source-code delivery.

Included support is 1 month. Support expiry does not, by itself, end the license. Update access is based on the entitlement included with your license/order. Update access is separate from license validity and from the included support period.

6.Permitted use

You may browse this website, evaluate an available demo, and use purchased source within the license you bought: one production domain, your own branding, and modifications needed for that deployment.

7.Prohibited use

You may not resell or redistribute the JyotiOne source code, publish it, sublicense it, or share it as a standalone product unless JyotiOne authorizes that in writing.

You may not misuse the website or demo, attempt unauthorized access, or use either for unlawful activity.

8.Third-party services

Buyer-operated installations may use: Hosting and your production domain; Firebase; Laravel Reverb or Pusher, where realtime is enabled; ZEGO for audio consultations; Razorpay for payments; OpenAI and/or Anthropic for configurable AI features; An OTP provider; SMTP or another email service; Google Maps or Places, if location features are configured; Google Play, App Store accounts, and app signing where you publish mobile apps. Third-party account fees are not included unless explicitly agreed.

You create and pay for those accounts yourself. JyotiOne does not include provider subscriptions, usage fees, or store accounts unless an order says so in writing.

Astrologers request a withdrawal, and an administrator processes the payout. The current version does not automatically transfer money into a bank account.

9.Intellectual property

JyotiOne, the original source, documentation, and branding remain the property of their owner. Your license is a right to use the software as agreed. It is not an assignment of ownership.

Open-source components inside the project keep their own licenses.

10.Demo environment

Demos can contain sample data and can be reset. They are for evaluation. They are not a production service for your customers.

11.Availability

We aim to keep the website and any public demo reachable. Access can be interrupted for maintenance, abuse, or reasons outside our control.

12.Disclaimers

The website and demos are provided for evaluation. Whether JyotiOne fits your business depends on your requirements, your implementation, and your own review.

Astrology features in the software are product modules. They are not a promise of any particular outcome for end users.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, JyotiOne is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, a demo, or the software.

14.Your responsibility

You are responsible for claims that come from your unlawful use, your breach of these terms, or your operation of a JyotiOne installation, including your end users and your third-party accounts.

15.Ending access

Website or demo access may be withdrawn if it is misused. A software license ends if you materially breach it and do not cure that breach where a cure is available. After the license ends, you must stop using and distributing the source.

16.Changes

These terms may be updated as the product or website changes. An effective date is shown on this page when one has been set.
